He previously served as General Agent at Massachusetts Mutual and Principal Financial Group where he helped to grow and develop the firm by providing guidance and support to financial services representatives seeking to expand their businesses.

As a managing partner, Mr. Shanahan is responsible for strategic alliances and nation-wide advisor recruiting Mr. Shanahan is also serving as executive vice president at Modern Capital Inc., an SEC-registered Investment Advisory firm.
